The Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding Resort in Rodanthe, NC will once again play host to a PASA kiteboarding ICP (Instructor Certification Program) from April 25 – 29, 2016. This course is five days long (Monday – Friday), and will allow you to become either a PASA certified kiteboarder or kiteboarding instructor.
Once you become a PASA Certified Instructor, you can then certify kite boarders through the measurable skill levels established by PASA.
